Reservations and advance payments

Reservation inquiry can be sent by phone, by e-mail or via the reservation form. We will reply to your written request within a few days. If the conditions are met for a reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include information needed for advance payment of 25% of the total amount. Reservation is final only after we receive the advance payments.
The advantage of booking have guests who book accommodation from Saturday to Saturday, or from Sunday to Sunday.
Please make sure the payments are made to the following account including all the bellow mentioned information.

Amount: amount of the advance payment
Purpose: Accommodation reservation from / to (insert dates)

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation made in the period of 20 days or later of the planned arrival of the guests, the owner of the apartment retains the full amount of the payment. If the reservation is canceled at an earlier period, the owner of the apartment will return 50% of the payment to the guest.
Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is after 3 p.m.
Check-out time is at 10 a.m.
Day of departure does not count into the total amount of days spent at the Apartment.


Invoice has to be paid in full during the first day of stay in the Apartment. The advance payment will be deducted from the full amount of the invoice. There is no possibility of refund after the guests have started using the accommodation regardless of the circumstances.
